STEAK GRILLING TIPS:
- Preheat grill until very hot (about 550 °F).
- Season steaks with salt and freshly ground
black pepper. - Place steaks on preheated grill.
- After a minute or so, rotate steaks a quarter turn to create diamond grill marks.
- Once juices begin to pool on top, use tongs to flip steaks over.
- Continue grilling steaks to desired doneness. Use an instant-read thermometer for accuracy.
- Remove steaks from grill and allow them to rest for 3-4 minutes to redistribute the juices.
- Serve.
